Fitness Room
A new, state-of-the-art fitness room is located in Uiskola’s Mäntytalo where top-class Technogym equipment is at our guests’ disposal. Our accommodation guests can use the fitness room free of charge.
A personal trainer for groups is available on order. The training program made with the help of the personal trainer will be saved on a Wellness System key card which the cardholder can later use to make his or her own personal training program with a virtual trainer.
Our fitness equipment improves aerobic and muscle fitness. The kinesis equipment makes three-dimensional, functional training possible and the equipment intended for stretching ensures workout effectiveness and safety.
