Our nature rehabilitation sessions designed for groups include exercises in ecological and environmental psychology that are performed in a natural setting by working on natural materials. Nature rehabilitation activates the senses and helps empty the mind. Furthermore, the joint activities strengthen the sense of community among participants.
Nature rehabilitation sessions are available on order as courses, the duration of which is 4-5 hours or 1-2 days. The participants make objects out of natural materials, perform mind exercises, and engage in group discussions on different topics.
